MailChimp Integration

You can integrate the UniSignIn platform with your EPS MailChimp account to sync user emails and marketing preferences, as well as data fields collected on your website or apps.

Enable the Connection

To enable the MailChimp connection, follow these steps:

  1. Enter Server Name and API Key:
    • Obtain the Server name and API key from your MailChimp account.
    • Ensure that the API key has write permissions.

Set Up Data Exchange from UniSignIn to MailChimp

  1. Exchange Type:

    • To sync user data from UniSignIn to MailChimp, set the Exchange Type to Export Data.

  2. Select Third-Party Service:

    • Choose MailChimp as the third-party service.

  3. Choose MailChimp List:

    • In the Mailchimp list dropdown, select the email list from your MailChimp account where you want to sync the data.

  4. Map Data Fields:

    • Map the Subscribe identifier, which is mapping a custom news letter subscription status data field with Subscribe status of the user in MailChimp.
    • Map relevant data fields such as First name and Last name between UniSignIn and MailChimp.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly integrate UniSignIn with MailChimp, ensuring that your user data and marketing preferences are consistently synced across both platforms.
