Coupons
Overview
Coupons give readers a discount on your plans, for a campaign, a partner or a win-back offer. You need a connected Stripe account.
Create a coupon
Go to Commerce → Coupons and click New.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Coupon code | The code readers enter, e.g. SPRING25. |
| Discount Type | Percent discount with Percent off, or Amount discount with Amount off and Currency. |
| Duration | Once (first invoice only), Repeating for a Number of months, or Forever. |
| Expires at | Optional last day the code can be used. |
| Max use times | Optional limit on how many times the code can be used in total. |
| Require minimum order value | Optional minimum order before the code applies. |
Tips
- Use a different code for each campaign or partner, so you can see which one brings subscribers.
- Pair a win-back coupon with a segment of cancelled subscribers, see Segments.
