Feedback asks readers one quick question on the page it is placed on, such as "Is this article helpful?". Readers answer with one click.
There are two styles:
Readers sign in to answer, and each reader answers once on each page.
Audience Operation > Experience and click New Experience.Next Step.| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Question | The question readers see. |
| Yes / No answers only | Shows Yes and No buttons instead of your own answers. |
| Saved as | The profile field the answer is recorded under. |
| Answers | Only without Yes / No answers only. For each answer, enter the text on the button (Answer shown) and the value recorded when a reader clicks it (Value saved). Click + to add an answer. |
Save Changes. The preview shows how the question looks.Place the container where the question should appear. Copy it from the experience, which fills in its ID and picks the right style, or replace EXPERIENCE_ID yourself.
With your own answers:
<div data-exp="unis-feedback" data-exp-id="EXPERIENCE_ID"></div>
With Yes / No answers only:
<div data-exp="unis-feedback2" data-exp-id="EXPERIENCE_ID"></div>
data-exp-id.data-element-id to name what the question is about, for example a product or an article ID. If you leave it out, the page address without its query string is used, so the same page with different tracking links counts as one page. Long page addresses work too.Go to Features > Results and open the experience. You see how many readers answered, the average or the share of Yes answers, how many chose each answer, and the pages with the most answers.
