BlueConic

Overview

Connect UniSignIn to BlueConic to send your registered users and their profile data to BlueConic profiles. Registrations, newsletter choices and other profile fields reach BlueConic as they change, so your BlueConic segments and journeys use the same data as your website.

Connect

1. Go to Connect → BlueConic and turn on Enable.
2. Enter your BlueConic Server subdomain, and the Consumer key and Consumer secret of a BlueConic access application.
3. Click Save Changes.

Use it

Send users to BlueConic with a Data Exchange:

1. Go to Data Management → Data Exchange and create a new exchange.
2. Set Exchange Type to Export Data and choose BlueConic.
3. Under Link identifiers, choose the UniSignIn field and the BlueConic profile property used to find the matching profile, e.g. email.
4. Under Map data fields, map UniSignIn fields to BlueConic profile properties and choose how each value is written:
   • SET replaces the value in BlueConic.
   • ADD adds the value to the existing values.
   • FILL sets the value only when BlueConic has none.
5. Turn on Enable and save.

When Enable Auto Users deletion is on in Features → Account Center → Other Settings, readers who close their account are also removed from BlueConic.
