Echobox

Overview

Connect UniSignIn to Echobox to keep your Echobox newsletter lists in step with your registered users. Readers who sign up for a newsletter on your site are subscribed in Echobox, readers who opt out are unsubscribed, and you can send profile data to Echobox custom fields for personalisation.

Connect

1. Go to Connect → Echobox and turn on Enable.
2. Enter the Client Token and Refresh Token from your Echobox account.
3. Under Custom Fields, add the name of each Echobox custom field you want to fill, using Add Field.
4. Click Save Changes.

Use it

Send users to Echobox with a Data Exchange:

1. Go to Data Management → Data Exchange and create a new exchange.
2. Set Exchange Type to Export Data and choose Echobox.
3. Choose the Property URN of the Echobox newsletter property to send users to.
4. Choose the Scope:
   • ALL subscribes every registered user.
   • Email Subscriber uses a Subscribe field: users are subscribed when the field is on, and unsubscribed when it is off.
5. Map UniSignIn fields to your Echobox custom fields.
6. Turn on Enable and save.
