Iterable Integration

Overview

Connect UniSignIn to Iterable to send your registered users, their newsletter choices and other profile data to your Iterable project, so your email campaigns use the same data as your website.

Connect your Iterable project

1. Go to Connect → Iterable and turn on Enable.
2. Choose the Account Type that matches where your Iterable project is hosted: USDC for the US data centre or EDC for the EU data centre.
3. Enter the API key, JWT Secret and Client Key from your Iterable project.
4. Save.

Send users to Iterable

1. Go to Data Management → Data Exchange and create a new exchange.
2. Set Exchange Type to Export Data and choose Iterable.
3. Choose the Scope:
   • ALL sends every registered user.
   • Email Subscriber sends only users who subscribe to a newsletter. Pick the Subscribe fields that record the subscription.
4. Map your UniSignIn fields to Iterable user fields.
5. Save the exchange.
